A blue collar and leash set. The collar is adjustable from 18" to 26" in length, has plastic quick release "squeeze" buckle, and D-ring leash connection. The leash is 4' in length, a metal swivel connector and a wrist loop. Both items are made from 1" wide nylon strap that is printed with NAVY in white block typeface, separated by either a US Navyy emblem or an image of the Navy goat mascot. A very nice dress walking collar and leash set. Made in the USA. Note: Collar not to be used for tie out purposes.
